We find that there a number of questions that people ask that you
may also wonder about. On Sunday mornings, you should find Greeters
in the narthex (foyer) that will help you find your way and answer
inquires. If you don't find your question answered here, we also encourage
you to call
the
church
and
ask.
If we don't
know
the answer
right away, we'll find somebody who does.
What can I expect when I come to worship?
Our worship
services include blended music and praise, biblical preaching and prayer.
We sing both
choruses and hymns, led by praise teams and/or choir. Morning messages
are always taken from the Bible, where we encourage people to discern
for themselves God's leading for their lives.
Where are the Restrooms?
There are several restrooms available. From the narthex, facing
the sanctuary, there are restrooms just to your left as you start
down the hallway. There is a unisex restroom in the fellowship hall at
the opposite end from the kitchen, as well as just around the corner
in the hallway. There are also restrooms off the main hallway of
the education wing. If you need help, our greeters will be glad to
assist
you.
Where is the nursery?
As you come in the main entrance,
you will find the nursery at the end of the hall to your left. Our
Nursery and our
Toddler room are adjacent to each other.
What is the age of children that can be put in the nursery?
Both Sunday morning worship services provide nursery and toddler
room care. The nursery includes children birth through 2 years old,
while the toddler room includes children 2 through 5 years
old.
Can children go to worship with us?
Absolutely. Children are welcome in worship. A moment just for children
is provided during worship, except when there are time restraints.
In the event that it is needed, there is a "Quiet Room" where
you can take your child and still see and be part of the service
through a darkened
window.
Do you have a Youth Pastor and youth programs?
We sure do. Our Pastor for youth and young adults is Ben Wetherington.
Ben works with a team of adult leaders to build healthy relationships
with with young people and model the life of of Christ.
Besides Sunday
morning Power Hour classes for both Junior and Senior High youth,
we
have youth
groups
that meet
on
separate
nights
of the
week. Junior Highs meet during our Wednesday night program called
REVIVE & REJOICE. Senior Highs meet on Sunday evenings at 7:00 PM.
Yearly
events such as a week at Centrifuge in Tennessee, Apex Bible conference
at the church, mission outreaches to our neighborhoods, along with
regular outings and getaways provide additional opportunities
for service
and growth.

on how your teens can get involved call 442-2210.
Do I have to be a member of Ridgeview to be married here?
No, however one of our pastors must be involved in the ceremony. An application
form must be completed and submitted to the Board of Trustees.
How can I become a member?
The most important prerequisite for membership is a personal relationship
with Jesus. We encourage you to talk with one of our pastors about
the process of becoming a member of Ridgeview.
How can I find a place to serve?
We are more than happy to share with you about how you might serve in
ways that use your gifts, talents and the burden or interest that God
has laid on your heart. Talk with any Pastor about you might be involved.
